Dress: Scrappy Dress
Day 1: We'll learn how to make a pattern from your t-shirt, trace it out and cut. We'll then gather materials and start cutting.
Day 2: We'll finish putting pieces together and start sewing.
You'll leave with a completed dress or if doing an all scrappy dress, you may need to finish at home.
Gather or thrift the following that can be used for dress:
You can truly make a scrappy dress or pick a color theme and blend those fabrics. If you have a large piece (table cloth or shower curtain) you can find scraps that go with it.
We will have plenty of thrifted fabrics to choose from if you need them. Bring your machine or there will be several for use at class.
